District Bed
The unique Distrikt bed evolved from the Distrikt sofa, with the distinctive side tables built into both sides of the platform. It's a masterful piece of craftsmanship in every way, made from solid oak, detailed with Padouk joints up on the front board. Legs constructed from cast iron, steel and brass leveling glides.

Vi råder dig til at tilføje en madras, der ikke er for høj, for ikke at tage (stjæle) indtrykket fra den fantastiske sengegavl og for at være i harmoni med de integrerede sideborde. Madras max højde < 30 cm er vores anbefaling. Uanset om du har en integreret båndbaseret madras eller en almindelig springmadras, passer de begge til Distrikt Bed.
The Distrikt bed comes in two large boxes. One for the headboard with built-in sideboards, the other contains two iron frames for the base, three wooden frames for the platform, a slatted base for the mattress and the four legs.
The crucial measurement to consider before purchase is the length of the headboard - 245 cm for Queen Size and 265 cm for King Size. In order for the headboard to pass before its final destination, it must have a minimum door width of 59 cm. Toan Nguyen graduated from ENSCI (Paris) in 1995 and continued his education in Barcelona with Alberto Lievore, moving to Milan in 1996, where he soon became head of Antonio Citterio's design department, with whom he would spend almost ten years designing lines for Axor-Hansgrohe, B&B Italia, Flos, Iittala, Kartell, Technogym, Vitra and others. In 2009, he founded his own studio in Milan, and subsequently began a series of successful collaborations with several major brands in high-quality industry and fine craftsmanship in Europe, North America and Asia, in furniture, lighting, ceramics and technological products.
